This weekend was my cousin Brent’s wedding.  I’m really happy for him, and his new wife Kelly.   The only thing I didn’t like about the wedding, was the drive.  Now, don’t get me wrong, I really didn’t mind going up to Greenfield for the wedding, but I do wish someone would invent teleportation already so that I didn’t have to get up at 7 on a Saturday morning.

No, getting up early aside, it was a good trip.  The construction on I-70 only added about 10 minutes to our trip, and we had plenty of time to get to the hotel to check-in and get changed before the wedding.  We even had enough time to go grab some food, and get Matt a tie at the local goodwill.  That’s right… since Matt forgot his tie at home, we had an excuse to go to the Goodwill.  We even found a tie that matched my outfit.

The wedding was really nice.  It was your basic Catholic wedding, sans communion.  The wedding was followed by some family photos and some a nice reception.  The food was good, and they did something cool, we all had cupcakes instead of an actual cake.

I’m really looking forward to photos from their photographer, because I think there might be some nice one’s of me making an idiot of myself on the dance floor.  I’m just hoping that she missed when I kicked off my shoe.  It almost hit my aunt Cathy in the head. 🙁  Sorry Cathy.

When I wasn’t dancing, I managed to get a few *interesting* family photos.

Matt & I even got a little crazy.  It’s amazing the things you can do with the burnt out floating candles.

I think it was 3 or 4 beers into the night.
