Today’s photo-a-day challenge was sweet. As close as it is to fair, you would think that I’d have lots of sweet things to photograph, but I only came up with one really good one – a close up of some of my bulk chocolate.
Yum! I love this Callebaut chocolate. It comes to me in an 11 pound bar and I chop it into more manageable pieces for storage. It’s an “eating chocolate” that I use instead of chips in my cookies. Try this recipe with your favorite candy bar style chocolate and let me know what you think.
