Where is your favorite place to read?

I hate to be a cliche, but my favorite place to read is probably in the tub.  I’m a big fan of a nice warm bubble bath and a good book.

Now if I could just figure out how to avoid getting my books wet.

What’s you favorite place to read?

When we had a bathtub, I loved reading there, esp. in the summer when it gets so hot–I’d fill the tub with cool water and just kind of get in and out throughout the day. But you do have to be careful–I have dropped a couple, and they don’t appreciate it! 😉
Now, my favourite reading spot is in bed. This started in winter, because it’s the warmest place; I could snuggle up with my quilt and the cat (when we had a cat) and just read. Now I’m so used to it, it’s my favourite place to be for just about anything.

Bed is definitely a good place to read. Most nights I curl up with a good book and read for a bit before I fall asleep.

I’m odd…I have different books going for different moods or times of day. In the morning I have to take medication and wait 30 min before I can have any food, so I have a more serious book for that time, while I’m rested and focussed. During the day, anything goes. At night I want something light, which is often when I read children’s novels.

That’s smart. I generally try to keep myself down to actively reading 2 books at a time. One digitally and one in print.
