It’s almost June, which means that my maternity leave is quickly coming to a end. I’m not sure how I feel about that yet. I am looking forward to getting back to a more regular schedule, and being able to talk to adults about things that aren’t my tiny human.
During my leave, I have been taking the evening shift with Milli, meaning that I have been getting up with her 2-3 times a night for the last couple months. And that is certainly not going to work once I have to go back to the office. Instead, the hubs and I are going to have to figure out a solution for the night shift. Or Milli could learn to sleep through the night. That one’s probably not going to happen, but I can hope.
