This is Matt’s grandmother Eleanor’s pie dough recipe. Ingredients: 3 cups flour 1 cup shortening 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup ice cold water Instructions: Cut shortening into flour and salt. Gradually add water until blended. *Makes 3 single crusts.
