Cinnamon Applesauce

Ingredients

  • 13 cups apple pulp or unsweetened applesauce
  • 3/4 cup cinnamon imperials or red hots
  • 7 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup vinegar

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients into a heavy saucepan.
  2. Cook 30 minutes.
  3. Put in jars.
  4. Seal with water bath, 10 minutes.

Recipe Notes

The recipe makes 6-8 pints of finished applesauce.
