  • 1/4 cup butter cubed
  • 1 8 oz package of pound medium fresh mushrooms
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • a pinch of garlic powder


  1. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat.
  2. Add mushrooms; cook and stir until tender.
  3. Stir in seasonings.
  4. Reduce heat to medium and cook, covered, for about minutes to allow flavors to blend.
