#OurProject52 – Sun Flares

This week’s #OurProject52 photography challenge was rather difficult. Not because photos of sun flares are hard to take, but because the sun has been playing hide and seek all week. That meant that most of my attempts at catching a sun flare this week have turned out as more of a sun glare – taken quickly with the iPhone when a chance spot of sun appeared.
But we finally had a nice sunny day today, so I was able to go out this morning and capture my sun flare.
I’m pretty happy with how it came out too. I guess sometimes what I really need is patience.
