Country Club Hosts Play; Comes in 3 Under Par… as the headline should have read. GCTC’s production of The One That Got Away was this weekend. It turned out great. The cast did a fantastic job, and nothing broke… during the show.
Jessie did a fantastic job as the director. The show went off waithout a hitch, even though there were some problems during tech week. As soon as I have access to the footage, I promise to post video of Rusty falling thru his chair, and Kenny really getting his line mixed up. But it all worked out. Everyone did a great job.

There were some REALLY great scenes… mostly because of really great actors.
My personal favorite scene in the show is the “Mashion” Show, when the men first come out in their fishing gear. They came out and danced around to Eye of the Tiger, from Rocky. It was pretty sweet.
Though I must say that the ladies’ fashion show is pretty darn great too.
It is also not fair not to mention the guy’s rendition of The Lion Sleeps Tonight. That was pretty darn awesome too…. ok, so maybe there isn’t a bad scene in the show…
