Andrea, Andrea! You can do better than that! Try fiber bars or granola bars for a quick on the go breakfast. Carrots to replace chips, fruit for a snack, etc. 😉 It’s hard, I know! I lost about 18 lbs. last winter! The best thing to do is count calories! I have a website I can share with you if you want!
Well, Carla… I know I can do better… that is the point of this. I would love the website.
Um, I’m not a nutritionist, but something tells me that breakfast (which sounds DELICIOUS and like SOMETHING I WANT. NOW.) might be a key to the weight loss thing. (Says the girl who is about to eat a bowl of ice cream as a reward for not drinking a soda today. No judgement here!)
Ice Cream sounds nice… too bad that’s what I gave up for Lent.
