Pie Dough

This is Matt’s grandmother Eleanor’s pie dough recipe.
Ingredients:
- 3 cups flour
- 1 cup shortening
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup ice cold water
Instructions:
- Cut shortening into flour and salt.
- Gradually add water until blended.
