Kayla’s a Graduate

It was a super busy weekend at our house this weekend. I spent most of Saturday down in Evansville to attend my little sister Kayla’s college graduation. She graduated Magna Cum Laude with a degree in Math and Chemistry Education from University of Southern Indiana.
It was interesting to go to her graduation, because I didn’t go to mine. There were lots of speeches, and awards. Kayla never smiled once during the ceremony. Her fiancee, Shane, and I made fun of her for it afterwards. At least she smiled for some family photos.
We had a graduation party for Kayla & Shane (who graduated from the Nursing Program at Vincennes University) on Sunday. There was lots of visiting and picture taking.
