Now that Halloween is over, it’s time to start talking about Turkey, and all the other things that go with Thanksgiving. So today, I’m sharing with you a great way to use some of your Thanksgiving leftovers.
Remember my recipe for Chicken and Gnocchi soup? Have you considered making it with some of the leftovers from your Thanksgiving dinner? Just take some of your leftover turkey, the more dark meat the more flavor your soup will have, and the left overs from that veggie tray that you picked up because someone thought you should have one.
Take your turkey and shred it, then dice up the leftover celery and shred your carrots. That’s a great start to the recipe, and the soup freezes really well when you use cream. Just make sure you stir it up good once it’s thawed.
