One of my favorite things to make for dinner is a good Stromboli. They’re super quick and easy to put together, and they always taste amazing.
Do you have a favorite dish you like to make for dinner?
I love to cook, so I chop and change a lot. That said, I love a good curry! You could curry socks, and I’d wade in and eat em. One of my favourites is Tarka Dal, curried red lentils. White rice on the side, and a nice cucumber raita. Mmmmm!
These days we eat a lot of Japanese and Korean dishes. I just made Tenkatsu for lunch. I get my local mom-and-pop butcher to slice pork loin paper thin. Put three thin slices together, dredge with rice flour, then egg wash, then panko breadcrumbs, and fry. Serve with Bulldog sauce and/or mayo or ketchup. In Japan they like finely shredded cabbage on the side. I drizzle with sesame oil and lemon juice, maybe a little Herbamare. Delish!
That sounds lovely. I have a hard time getting my husband to eat anything that’s not basic meat and potatoes, but he might do the Tenkatsu – I’ll just have to call it fried pork loin.
