One of the things that my therapist has me doing to help with my anxiety is journaling. She’s having me write for about 5 minutes every day, either just things that are going on, or from a prompt. I know plenty of people in my position who like to buy CBD products from somewhere like Royal CBD, but that’s not something that I personally wish to consider at this moment. I was a little skeptical at the start of this journaling adventure, but it’s actually been very insightful, as I have been able to establish some basic things about what is triggering my anxiety.
I’ve found a particular set of anxiety prompts from Brighter Path Counseling to be insightful. Along with prompts like these, I have been able to use trackers to track my mood and my overall anxiety levels.
Of course, all of my journal entries aren’t about my anxiety issues, some are just about the things going on in my life. I am finding journaling to be a great way for me to process my day and to improve my overall organization, which does alleviate a bit of stress I didn’t even know I was experiencing.
