This new getting into shape project is going well.  But then, this is only day #2. 

I’m very proud of myself for working out again today.  Especially since I hadn’t worked out in so long.  I was most definately sore today… but that’s not really a suprise.  The thing I found most interesting was that when I worked out yesterday, my legs were sore… but when I woke up, it was my back and shoulders were killing me instead.

I did eat much better today.  Let’s see if I can keep it up.

Snacks: Banana Chips

    Oh your lunch sounds delish! Can you tell me more about the concept of a grilled egg?

      My sandwich was an egg cooked over medium (this is cooked more than “sunny side up” but still a little goey inside) with a nice white cheddar. You butter your sourdough on the outsides, cook the egg and put in on your sandwich with your cheese, then finish like a grilled cheese sandwich.

      I hope that makes sense. 🙂
