I’ve got a pretty quirky sense of style, and lately, I’ve been amazed at how many things I can find in stores that I absolutely love! Now granted, there have always been places like Anthropoligie and ModCloth where I could find things I loved… but I usually couldn’t afford them.
But lately, I keep finding things I love in places I can afford to shop. One of my favorite places to shop is Target. I’ve always been able to go in there and find an outfit or two that I love, and even some things for the house. Matt & I acutally registered there for our wedding, and the box of cheerios that Matt registered for, aside, we found a ton of things that we both liked (and agreed on) there.
I went in last month looking for a duvet cover and came out with (shhh… don’t tell Matt…) 2 pair of shoes, 3 dresses and a skirt. For me this was extremely shocking. First, this was suprising because I found heels there that were not only not expensive, but also comfortable to wear. The next thing was that as much as I love wearing dresses, I usually have a very difficult time finding dresses that fit all of my curves and aren’t baggy everywhere else. To find 3… needless to say, I was amazed.
I’ve also recently found an online store out of Brittan called Chiara Fashion with loads of things I would love to own. I’ve not ordered anything yet… I can’t decide what I want. Plus, I’ve got a lot of clothes, and should probably clean out my closet before I buy anything new.
The coolest thing, lately, has been that I keep finding great DIY tutorials for Anthropologie knockoff clothing and home goods.
Do you love all of the styles that are available now, or are they not your thing?
