The other day I was looking for a pair of shoes to go with one of my outfits.    Shockingly, I didn’t have a pair of orange shoes!  How was this possible?!?!  Needless to say, this is something I plan to correct in the near future.  In the mean time, lets see what shoes are in my closet….

Sandals

Everyone needs a couple pairs of cute little thong sandals.  These are mine.

I have several pair of athletic sandals.  These are my go-to shoes out of doors in the summer.  All of mine are Champion brand.  They are REALLY comfortable.

Flats

I’m very proud of this first pair of flats.  I found these plum faux alligator flats at Fred’s in Oakland City for a mere $8.00.  You can’t beat that.

I absolutely love these little brown flats.  I wear them a lot with jeans.  The cute little buckle detail really dresses them up.

As you can see, I do own a pair of ugly man shoes.  I’ve had this same pair since high school.  I rarely ever wear them, but I keep them around for interviews and other times when I am trying to look very boring.

Tennis & Athletic Shoes

I keep these solid athletic inspired shoes around for workouts.  They are nice and light on my feet.

Ah, my Made in American New Balance tennis shoes.  I’ve had this pair since college, and they are still in great condition.  I just wish I knew if it was because they are better constructed, or because I don’t wear them every day.

These cute little “bowling shoes” are sketchers I have had since college.  They get a lot of wear, and will probably need to be retired sometime in the near future.

Chuck Taylor All-Stars.  Need I say more?  Everyone should have a pair.  I really love the cute little animal print on the inside of my gray chucks.

I got these RED by Marc Ecco tennis shoes to wear at my wedding reception.  What can I say?  I LOVE LOVE LOVE them!

Boots

Work Boots.  These wonderful steel toe work boots are by Sketchers.  I got this pair just after college when I was working at Wal-Mart.  The steel-toes are nice when you’re dealing with heavy palattes.

I got my brown heeled boots for about $30.00 at the Fashion Shoppe and Home Store in Evansville before they went out of business.  I’m really quite fond of them.

My black knee-high boots are by Alex Marie and were purchased at Dillard’s – on clearance mind you, but they still cost a pretty penny (around $80.00).  But that’s ok, I’m sure I’ve gotten double my investment out of them already.

Wedges

These cute little gray and black wedges were purchased at Cato for around $20.00.

I absolutely love my black and white wedges from Charlotte Russe.  I got these on sale for only $15.00.

These Antonio Milani wedge heels were the first shoes I bought for my new job at the university.  They cost me $79.00.

Pumps

I got these strappy kitten heels back in high school.

I got my navy Michelle D. heels on clearance at Dillards for $19.00.  These have a fairly low heel, making them great for the office.

I have most definately had these nude t-strap heels since high school.  They are my show choir heels.  I actually still wear them some, but even if I didn’t.. I’m not sure that I could part with them.  I have too many fond memories of kick-ball-change and cute boys at competitions.

I got these beautiful black ELLE pumps on clearance at Kohls for $9.00.  Now that was a steal.

I got these black on black spectator pumps at Gordman’s in Evansville.  I love that these shoes are classy and fun at the same time.

I wore these white pumps at my wedding, with some shoe clips, and am very happy to say that I have gotten a lot of use out of them since.

I got these silver CGBG pumps on clearance at Dillard’s for around $25.00.  I love that they go with all of my party clothes.

These Mossimo brand Camel Pumps came from Target for $29.00

Do you love a good snake print as much as I do?  I got these great Mossimo brand pumps at Target for a mere $29.00.

When I saw these green pumps, I just had to have them.  Fortunately they were on a clearance rack, and in my size.  I paid all of $9.00 for them.

I love my red Giani Bini pumps.  I got them on clearance at Dillards for $25.00.

I purchased these shoes in Indy when I snuck over to Circle Center Mall during the first Young Farmer’s convention I went to with Matt.  Suprisingly, Matt seems to like these yellow alligator pumps.  He thinks they look like corn.
