Today is day #3 of my getting into shape challenge.  It’s been a long day so far.  It started with me waking up at 1 in the morning with a killer headache and pain in the back of my neck.  I’m pretty sure I strained something doing the workout video last night.  Fortunately an Ibprofen and laying very still helped.  I managed to get back to sleep, and haven’t been in too much pain otherwise today… tho I keep feeling like I have another headache starting.  I guess that means I should take it a little easier tonight.

Breakfast: Banana Chips

Lunch: Arby’s Roast Beef n’ Cheddar Sandwich (Regular Size) + Regular Sized Pepsi

Dinner: 1 serving Hamburger Helper 4 Cheese  Lasagna + Tropicl Punch Flavored Kool-Aid

Snacks: None
