Today’s recipe of the day is one of my favorites, though I don’t make it near enough. My husband actually makes this more often than I do. It works quite well in a dutch oven, and so he often makes it when he goes to the Booneville Antique Gas and Steam Engine Show.
- 2 cans pie filling
- cake mix
- 1 cup butter
Preheat oven to 35. Butter 9×13 pan. Cut butter into cake mix and dump over filling. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until crumbles are brown. This recipe can also be made in a dutch oven.
